·        Provide excellent customer service to internal as well as external customers.

·        Hold vendors accountable to high expectations and standards.

·        Handle a diverse workload with tight timelines on time and within budget.

·        Demonstrate GRIT, which, in our world, is defined as passion and perseverance.

Job Duties:

·        Plan, execute, and complete projects that involve significant capitals investments.

·        Meet with and walk completed projects with vendors.

·        Be a resource for any issues the properties face (leaking roof, wind damage, fires, etc.).

·        Oversee budgeted yearly projects.

·        Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

·        Oversee and facilitate construction projects from start to finish.
