Qualified candidates will:

·        Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics from an accredited university.

·        Have advanced Excel skills; ability to produce reporting.

·        Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Calculate equity fund distribution waterfalls for all our investments.

·        Prepare Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for our properties.

·        Maintain master databases and own the changes within both the debt and equity funds.

·        Support annual audits for all investments.

·        Have high integrity and excellent discretion with access to highly sensitive information.
